“No one, even on reception, spoke English, so communication was difficult. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was poor, the food lukewarm and had been standing a long time. There were few, if any, other visitors, and we did not speak to anyone during our stay. There was a spa, massage and restaurant advertised, but no sign of these. The location was just outside the centre, but easy walking distance.”
“Upon arrival we were given a different room than we booked as they had given our room to someone else. Told last minute after check in that there was no water. Partial river view and location was nice but this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. Having no water was a major inconvenience for our family. We couldn’t wash hands, flush toilet or have a shower. Feel ripped off as no compensation for the room change or no water. Reading other reviews, it seems that the water issue……
